I am the CEO of Consensus, a negotiation and conflict resolution consulting firm.

Since our founding in 1993, my colleagues and I have negotiated contracts on behalf of performing artists, hostage and hijacking situations, family matters, and more than $1 billion of business transactions. We consult to heads of state, CEOs, UN agencies, multinational organizations, and other clients throughout five continents.
