Re-invent Yourself When Times Are Tough
Let's face it. Times are tough. Everything seems to be on a price increase except the paycheck. When the economy goes sour and times are tough it creates an open market for negativity. Fear-based motivation is the last thing we need in order to make sound decisions. Yet, it moves in with ...

The use of positive affirmations is a good practice. As parents, we try to instill in our children that they are perfect, whole, and complete. They can do and become anything by believing in themselves, and holding fast to their dream. Most of us are firm believers in the power of affirmations ...

Using EFT For Chronic Pain
Seven years ago I read that pain will vanish or be reduced with a few minutes of EFT application. I suffered from excrutiating back pain due to an unfortunate accident that damaged my four lower vertebrae, L2 through L5-S1. On a crusade to find alternative pain management, I stumbled across EFT ...

Dump The Junk
Do you waste time engaged in trivial activities? Often, we do this unconsciously to avoid doing what needs done. Before we know it, the work day ends with the to do list intact. We rationalize the unfortunate result. After all, we were busy. Perhaps you have the problem of taking on too much ...

Why Am I Here?
At one time or another, and in one way or another, we have all asked ourselves these questions. "Why am I here? What, if anything, am I supposed to be doing? Is there a purpose I am suppose to fulfill?" Until we arrive at answers to such questions, our life seems to hold little, or no meaning. ...

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Paul Keene
These are some of my favorite quotes that reinforce the power of the unconscious mind and how it makes a blueprint for living the unique life we desire.
I dream a lot. I do more painting when I'm not painting, It's in the subconscious.
-Andrew Wyeth
We are what we think. All that we are arises from our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.
-Buddha
Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right.
-Henry Ford
We become what we think about all day long. The question is, what do you think about?
-Dr. Wayne Dyer
Because as Shakespeare said, nothing is either good or bad but thinking makes it so.
The unconscious mind is decidedly simple, unaffected, straightforward, and honest. It hasn't got all of this facade, this veneer of what we call adult culture. It's rather simple, rather childish. It's direct and free.
-Milton H. Erikson
The following philosophical statements come from me.
Visualize, Visualize, Visualize!
The mind is the best tool you have- use it.
If you can picture it, you can do it, and you can remember to do it.
If you don't like what you see it's time to paint a new picture on the canvas of the unconscious.
ADHD is a disorder-not an excuse.
Unless it's attached to the body, put everything back in its designated place the second you finish with it, and don't hold on to it a second longer.
Never use a loose piece of paper to write information that is needed. If you insist on breaking this rule, wad the note into a ball and toss it in the waste basket. Now, you will know where to look for it.
