Believing that you must heal yourself before healing others, my classes emphasize the self-healing aspects of Reiki, in addition to teaching students how to give treatments to others.
Reiki acts as a complementary treatment that replenishes the Universal Life Force, recharging the body's internal energy (chi) system, allowing the body to more effectively heal itself.
