Rabison Shumba is an author, motivational speaker, life coach and business consultant. He authored "The Greatness Manual" as well as "Fountain of Inspiration Vol. 1 and 2". Rabison founded the Greatness Factory Trust, an organization through which he is helping to mentor and coach young people to achieve success. His trust works with disadvantaged school children supporting them with school fees and general livelihood. He speaks about success, leadership, motivation and inspiration. Rabison is well traveled having been to Asia, America, United Kingdom and all over Africa. He is married to Jacqueline and they have two children. They reside in Harare, Zimbabwe, Southern Africa.
