*** My managerial experience of over 30 years in Human Resource Management covers responsibilities starting from an Asst. Personnel Officer to that of a General Manager (HR). I have worked in all functions of HR (Recruitment, Comp & Benefits, Training), in different sectors (Public, Private, Multinational), in India, mostly in large companies.

*** My focus now is on sharing a practitioner’s knowledge with younger professionals, raising the standards of knowledge / practice in the profession. Towards these ends, I have a website ( http://hrera.com ) and also a free email newsletter ( HR Era ). I am also an occasional speaker in professional bodies & colleges. Also handle in-house training sessions on soft skills.

*** I have a Post Graduate Degree in Management and have participated in over 50 training courses / seminars / workshops over the years.
