Presencing™: Growth, Meditation, Manifestation Presencing™ is a method of self-inquiry that scans the body, mind, and emotions for what is Present at that time. What is present is often the tip of the iceberg, a barely recognizable “feeler” put out by your higher self to try and get your attention.

The sense of yearning is a coded message that the soul is sending to our ego. Yearning takes on different characteristics depending on one’s state of evolution, one’s level of consciousness. To the individual awakening to higher consciousness, first the physical necessities must be met. Then desire drives us until the social / emotional domain is filled. Yet a yearning remains. It cannot be satiated by any quantity of money or sex, romance or power. We desire to attain these things, yet when we do we eventually remain unsatisfied.

More importantly, my favorite el-cheapo movie theatre has permanently closed it doors.

Tantric Qigong, Mindfulness, and Flow Mindfulness, which is often thought of as a Buddhist concept, is really about being Present. Presencing is one form of self-inquiry (which can be done as a meditation or as coaching) as is Tantric Qigong. These art forms are about getting out of your head, your mental analysis, comparison and judgment, and becoming present to what really IS. It sounds simple, and it is. However, this is not very easy for most people.

The Art of Being Present The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mou for the past, nor to worry about the future, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly. –Buddha What moment do we have other than this? The past is an illusion long gone. The future is not yet made manifest. Each moment of our lives lands as a dew drop upon the lotus. Delicate, unique, irreplaceable. To look upon it with full attention and unfettered gaze reveals its precious and inimitable perfection.

Tantric Qigong, Taiji, Multiple Sclerosis and the Immune System Multiple Sclerosis is a condition where one’s immune system dysfunctionally attacks the fatty sheath that insulates nerves. Just like an electrical wire that has been stripped of its insulation, one’s nerves start to short out. The nerve impulses never reach their terminus, which causes those afflicted to begin to lose coordination. There is still no conclusive etiology for Multiple Sclerosis, though statistically the group at greatest risk consists of Caucasian women born in the northern United States.

How does Tantric Qigong™ work? It can be said that Qigong works by uniting heavenly and earthly energies. While Western science does not yet have a full explanation of how Qigong does this, it most likely that it works by amplifying your personal Chi (Qi, life force, vitality, Ki) by drawing in earthly and atmospheric / solar ionic energy to supplement your existing vitality.

Storing Life Forcer What makes the third chakra and its emotions and agendas so powerful is, well, power. Power in the sense of the pure life force stored in this area. The third chakra is like a battery; life force is stored as potential. This energy is rarely stored as true potential, in the electrical sense. A battery can sit and store its electricity for a long period of time. People however are dynamic living bioelectrical systems. Human life force is a power that is active; it needs somewhere to flow to, something to do.

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Rev. Keith Hall

Inner-Tranquility.com was founded by Rev. Keith Hall to promote knowledge of the true nature of human consciousness. Self Mastery first entails knowledge of Self, after which attained, a variety of meditation and personal growth techniques become valuable. One of our goals is to promote yogic, Tantric, and Taoist techniques of Self Realization, body - mind wellness, and stress reduction leading to Enlightenment.

I don’t believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive...Your life is the fruit of your own doing…your sacred space is where you can find yourself again and again… Joseph Campbell

The eclectic nature of our approach to this work is predicated firstly on the truth that, just as Joseph Campbell said, spiritual and psychological work contains archetypes that transcend language and culture. Whereas Campbell sought to delineate intellectually various cultural approaches to self realization, Rev. Hall draws on his decades long experience of practices that work efficiently to awaken oneself, regardless of cultural programming
