As you begin to reduce stress you will feel more successful, significant and balanced. You will become healthy, fit and trim in all areas of YOUR LIFE… BODY, MIND, SPIRIT, CAREER, and RELATIONSHIPS. We will create a one to one coaching relationship that will help you identify and achieve personal and professional goals, create a plan of action to achieve them, guide you through challenges to optimal health and wellness, and work together to keep you on track to meet those goals. As your Empowerment Coach I am your partner throughout your personal and professional evolution. Empowerment Coaching Sessions may/usually take place via teleconferencing.
How it Works
We start with a FREE 30-minute Exploratory Session. This gives us an opportunity to explore your interest in coaching, how we “fit” as client and coach. This session offers you an experience of LIFEstyle Empowerment Coaching.
Once you decide to move forward with coaching, you choose a package, we schedule a 2-hr Discovery Session, and we are on our way!
The 2-hr Discovery Session allows us to co-create a powerful vision of what is possible in our work together. In the Discovery Session we explore:
- What YOU hope to get out of coaching.
- What values YOU hold important…and the extent to which YOU are living them.
- Strategies & next steps towards living your values more fully…& the Life YOU Desire.
- Long & short-term goals & intentions related to career, Life Purpose relationships, & physical health & well-BEing.
