Ricky Mathieson

Ricky is a Yogi and a fully trained and certified Usui Reiki Master, Reiki Tummo Master, Kundalini Yoga Master, Karuna Reiki Master and Transcendental Meditation Practitioner. Ricky offers Reiki healing sessions and courses both in Glasgow and internationally.

Ricky is an experienced and gifted healer who began his energy channelling journey nearly 20 years ago as a young teenager in the country of Scotland. His gift and enthusiasm guided Ricky towards becoming a master in many healing and spiritual disciplines.

Ricky is a published author and the founder of the Self Help Healing Institute for Self-Awareness that aims to expands peoples awareness of thei true selves. At the heart of Ricky's mission lies a calling to help humanity fulfil this potential by reconnecting with the Love, Compassion and power of the Spiritual Heart.

Ricky is also a loving and compassionate spiritual teacher and guide who has been trained in the ‘Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Technique of Transcendental Meditation’ and by a number of renowned Eastern Masters and Enlightened Yogi’s, including Yogi Irmansyah Effendi, M.Sc, in the science and art of Advanced Reiki and Meditation Yoga for the purpose of Self-Realization.

Ricky traces his roots to a deep spiritual ancestry which includes many gifted healers, psychics and energy workers. A tradition continued to this day by his daughter who, at the young age of 11, is already a gifted healer and Reiki Master.
