Rose Haller is a Professional Wedding Planner, specializing in Wedding Reception Planning for 30 years. She is Editor-in-Chief and Chief Creative Officer of Celestial Publishing, which owns www.InexpensiveWedding.us and several related Wedding and Wedding Reception websites.. A Musical Theatre Major she also has a Professional Designation in Clothing Manufacturing and Merchandising. She and her husband, Dr. Howard Haller, live in the Pacific Northwest. They have six grown children and a growing number of grandchildren. She is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rose has served as Activities Chair at the Ward or Stake Level for 20+ years.
