She received her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University in Califo ia, her graduate degree from Southern Oregon State University in Ashland, Oregon, and is a graduate of Coach University in Colorado Springs, CO. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaches, and specializes in working with business owners, professionals, caregivers, entrepreneurs and people in transition.

Last week I was talking with a client who mentioned something I had done and referred to it as “a good job”. As pleased as I was to receive this compliment, I noticed that in some way it felt a bit empty.
