Scott Sandland

Scott Sandland, C.Ht. specializes in helping clients overcome chronic and acute pain, phobias, addiction, alcoholism, and other self-defeating behaviors through thernmedical and dental applications of hypnosis. He also trains other hypnotherapists in medical and dental hypnotherapy.

Scott is currently the only certified clinical hypnotherapist in the U.S. to work on staff at a physician's office, a dental practice and a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. He also serves as a mentor for the International Medical and Dentalr Hypnotherapy Association and as a chapter president for the Internationalr Association of Counselors and Therapists.

In 2007, Scott founded www.HypnoThoughts.com, the largest and fastest-growing social network for those working with hypnosis, NLP and EFT as practitioners or clients. The site welcomed its 4,000th member in May of 2009.

To promote education and professionalism within the hypnotherapy field, Scott co-founded the Global Hypnosis eSummit (now HypnoSummit) in 2009. The premiere event, presented in March, attracted trainers and attendees from around the world. For his work on the HypnoSummit, Scott received the 2009 award for Innovation in Education from the IMDHA.
