Scott is the creator of The Fat Loss Quickie Club - The Home Office Fitness Program For Busy Work-At-Home-Moms and Dads. Scott and his wife Angie are the creators of More Love Less Fat - A Couples Guide To Transforming Your Body and Relationship.
Scott has also created two popular fat loss programs Sizzlin' Circuits and ROCK That Body and is a co-author of 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Health.
He is a graduate of The University of Windsor's Human Kinetics Program with Honors in Movement Science '99. He began with an intense interest in Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics, but quickly developed a love for Sport Psychology and Sport Philosophy.
It is this love for the power of the human mind and how it can help you achieve what you once thought was unachievable, that has lead to his title of "The Excuse Buster."
Scott teaches you how to go beyond temporary motivation or lack of, and help you discover the deep down burning desire that is necessary to maintain the life long drive to developing a lean and sexy body and continue to improve upon it for life.
For several years Scott was the owner of a health club. This is where he discovered that no matter how totally amazing a workout program is and how incredibly effective a nutrition program is... it's not nearly enough for you to achieve your dream body.
