I am a practicing psychotherapist and Life Coach with special skills for teaching mood management and depression healing. My specialty is deep personal growth especially for women in mid life and for those with particularly damaged or troublesom patterns potentially instilled by training from "good enough" parenting.

My prupose is JOY therfore, my work with others is aimed at connecting them to their joy which is the result of passion which is the motivating force beneath a Life Purpose. My own passion is Dance, so I also teach Ballroom and Latin dancing... a wonderful metaphor for relationship.

Once those words leave your mouth and fall into someone’s ears t
