I have an inspiring leadership style and deep capacity to connect powerfully with people. This has consistently resulted in the generation of quality relationships and productive and award winning teams in the workplace and with families and children inrnthe community.
I bring over 20 years experience in education and leadership development in the social services sector. I have also been a catalyst for effective change by positively impacting people through myrncoaching, workshops, seminars and
university courses.
I obtained my professional credentials of Certified Professionalr Co-active Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute and completed their advanced Leadership and Relationship Coaching programs. I have also taken advanced studies with the Arbinger Institute andr Personality Insight Institute. I am currently the Vice President of ther International Coach Federation, GTA chapter.
I am proud to say that I have received an "Award of Excellence forr Humanitarian Effort" by the City of Toronto. Here are some beautiful words I would like to sare with you. "By sharing her skills and experience with special needs children Susan gave the gift that goes on giving, enhancing the knowledge and skills of the Early Childhoodr Educators of Bosnia in order to better serve the children of their country, creating goodwill and enhancing the international reputation of the City of Toronto".

Susan is the creator behind Kids Coaching Connection, an award winning, unique program that
provides Life-Coaching skills training to teachers and parents ofrnchildren and youth. We train adults to help children and youth become
more prepared for life. The focus is on helping to develop the whole
person, recognizing that all aspects of life affect how children and
youth learn and their sense of belonging. We have a new vision for
working with children and youth that brings together the mind and the
heart for in doing so, we provide children and youth with the values
and virtues that will guide them to becoming more productive leaders inrntheir community and the world.
Ongoing coaching support is also provided to the program participants through the following; one-on-one coaching support and telecalls. Ther Kids Coaching Connection coaching program is also available to teach co-active coaching skills directly to children and youth so they inrntu can coach other children or youth at school, home or in the community.
What is uniquely effective about our approach?
Currently, there are no programs that focus on training and follow-up support using a Coaching model. Research indicates the present generation of children and youth worldwide is demonstrating more emotional needs than the last. Educational and recreational programs asrnwell as families are recognizing that children and youth are more angry and unruly, more lonely and depressed, more impulsive and aggressive, more stressed and nervous.
Current research and a survey by the International Coaching Federation reports that people who have a coach show:
