Transform, Inc. was founded by Theresa Gale and Mary Anne Wampler in 1996. We provide business consulting in the areas of business development, change management, leadership, sales and customer relationship mastery programs as well as organizational design, development and efficiency consulting.
Consultative services include change management implementation plans, organizational design and development; leadership, management, and productivity training and assessments; strategic planning; business and customer development strategies and training; operational assessments; work flow and efficiency studies; and human resource management.
Specialize in working one-on-one with executive-level leadership to improve leadership effectiveness, address specific behavioral and performance-related issues, and develop a high performance and productive workforce.
Design and implement training in the areas of executive and managerial leadership skills development, team building, client relationship management, performance management, conflict management, supervisory and management skills, productivity, visioning and goal setting, and communication skills development.
Mary Anne and Theresa are Certified Enneagram Teachers and have over 12+ years experience bringing the Enneagram into the workplace.
