Trena Barnes

Trena teaches self-development with sparkle! Her philosophy is that love is the universal language and cure, and that all healing and self-empowerment start with loving the self unconditionally.

Working with a large toolbox of healing modalities, Trena helps her clients get to the very root cause of the issues they face and how to navigate into the life they've always wanted.

Trena is a clinical hypnotherapist registered with the Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists (ARCH). She is also an Angel Therapy Practitioner®, Reiki Master, certified medium, Theta Healing® practitioner and former massage therapist. She lives in Calgary, Canada.
