Fakin' It? Not Really Makin' It?
As I was driving along the Malibu coast Paul Simon's "Fakin' It" blared through the radio. I had the volume cranked because I had the top down and was singing loudly and badly along with the song. It's such fun to let go and sing, especially if the sound of your voice could turn wine into vinegar, but I digress. When I screeched the verse: "I've just been fakin' it, I'm not really makin' it. This feeling of fakin' it- I still haven't shaken it."

*** Creatively Stressed: Anxiety is NOT the Enemy!
ou're obsessed. You're obsessed with your work, your craft. You think about your art, your character, painting, sculpture, upcoming tour, or screenplay seemingly every waking minute of every day. Heck, you even dream about it! This fiendish infatuation with your craft, the passion that drives you to get out of bed in the morning is a wonderful gift. Why is it, then, that this fixation on what makes the earth move for you can also stop you dead in your tracks? Cold. Left abandoned by the "What if's" or "I'm not enough's" or any version of "I can't because".

FEAR - The Gift Its Good For
FEAR - The Gift Its Good For We all know there is healthy rational fear. We protect ourselves from raging fires, stampeding bulls and any real threat to our existence. When the danger passes so does our fear. We shake it off as a duck shakes off water. And we move on. There's a lot of talk about limiting irrational fear. We've learned to recognize when the fearful misguided Inner Critic tells us to: Find Excuses And Reasons, orr F*#k Everything And Run To think that protection from physical harm is the only thing fear is good for does it, and ourselves, a disservice.r

"When you feel in your gut who you are and dynamically pursue it - don't back down and don't give up - you're going to mystify a lot of folks." - Bob Dylan
You are here to mystify a lot of folks. In order to do that you have to muster up your Moxie! Moxie is the confident courage to achieve authentic greatness with unrelenting drive and passion.
If you want to experience new and better outcomes in your life experience you must change the way you think and perceive the world. Outcomes, or results, begin with a thought - which leads to a feeling, or emotion - which leads to a choice, or a decision - which leads to an action - that leads to an outcome or result. So, to change the outcomes you are experiencing you must change the foundation of your internal belief and thought systems to support the outcomes you desire.
The road to self-awa ess is a process of self-examination. Its a journey that takes courage. Many people resist the work of self-examination because they tie it to judgment - fault, blame, shame or guilt. Judgment has nothing to do with self-examination and transformation. I discovered a doorway to transformational self-examination and that doorway is humor. My methodology eliminates judgment from self-examination and provides a safe and secure environment where client self-examination is done through lovingly laughing at themselves, their life experiences and the human condition. A life examined is empowered and transformed.

True wealth includes a high level of emotional intelligence. You won't be remembered for how much money your have in the bank or if you go 'out' with the most toys. The life you lead is the legacy you leave.
