Yana Kiely

Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Yana developed an interest in oriental philosophy and medicine early in life. While living in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, she discovered Ayurveda, the Knowledge of Life. This ancient healing art, which has been practiced in India for over 5,000 years, became an active part of Yana's lifestyle, and eventually her profession.

Yana became certified yoga teacher in 2004 by attending a 200 hour certification program called Discovery Yoga Teacher Training by Deva Parnell. Yana's specialization also began in 2004 at the Wise Earth School in Ashville, North Carolina, which was founded by Swamini Mayatitananda. She became certified in Ayurvedic massages and treatments that relieve stress, anxiety, and tension from the body and mind, and add softness and suppleness to the skin. She is also a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, through which she completed the course of study created by Dr. Robert Svoboda, Ayurvedic Physician.

In 2007 she became nationally certified in therapeutic massage and body work. She is massage certified in Florida and Georgia.
