As a hypnotherapist I am still amazed at the changes that can be made in just one session. How people can come in one way and leave with a whole new perspective, a new way of thinking and a new way of feeling.

I wasn't always a hypnotherapist and worked in a very well paid job that just drained me but fear of the unknown held me back until I met my husband who instilled confidence in my ability to be anything I wanted to be. A visit to a hypnotherapist had such an impact in my life that I knew I had to train as one and offer this skill to others. Knowing you want to change is a fantastic start but actually stepping onto the road is another issue and with hypnotherapy you can step onto your new path with confidence and joy.
