***Tantra for Singles
Tantra for Singles by Lara StewartL http://blog.planetlovematch.com/post/Tantra-for-Singles.aspx Many people, if they’ve heard of Tantra at all, think that it is something for couples to do to enhance their sex lives. While that is something that tantric practices can do, that is just one part of what’s available. Certified Tantra Therapist Corynna Clarke says, “Tantra can be practiced in a monogamous relationship, in polyamrous (or multiple relations) or even if you are celibate.”
***Is Tantra sex?
Tantra Yoga is both a written and oral tradition that dates back at least 2,000-10,000 years. It is common in the West to equate Tantra with sex, but in actuality it is a spiritual science and way of life, more conce ed with artfully approaching every activity and creating a well-rounded and masterful balance of each aspect of life.
***Sex Education
Sex Education by Corynna Clarke The act of bringing a child into creation is almost as significant as being human. You give of your self completely. Wanting to be fully present emotionally, providing for them materially and even physically when they fall down and skin a knee. You are also ‘there’ for them spiritually by introducing them to your understanding faith and what it means to you and how you practice your beliefs in day to day life. Ultimately, you are also their first teacher about sexuality. Whether you want to be or not.
Sexual Wellness & Valentine's Day
Valentine’s Day isn’t about sex – or is it? Romance and sexual intimacy typically go hand-in-hand, so this is a good time to take a look at sexual wellness. Like good health in general, sexual wellness is about much more than just the absence of illness. Good health in general, and sexual ...
Intimacy: Honoring the Male Perspective
Men enjoy sex. (Yes, of course, that’s a generalization.) They appreciate sex as a release, a satisfying outlet for their masculine energy. They rarely question whether or not it’s good for them. (At least, not since they learned they wouldn’t go blind…) They may suspect ...
Sexual Wellness
Like good health in general, sexual wellness is about much more than just the absence of illness. Good health in general, and sexual wellness in particular, describes a vibrant state of well being on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Sexual wellness encompasses diverse ...
Change in Relationship
How Can Change Happen Within a Relationship? “The voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.” This quote by French writer Marcel Proust is especially applicable when speaking of change in committed relationships. A relationship is indeed a voyage of discovery, a jou ey of living life. Too often we think of relationship as a static structure rather than the ongoing, interactive process that it is. Within that process, change is always naturally occurring, because we are always changing, in our relationship both to ourselves and to others.
What can be said about enlightenment?
Note: I am writing this almost two years after the enlightenment experience, October, 2009. The enlightenment experience was January 2007. Once you have had the enlightenment experience, you have a dilemma. When the experience recedes, you are no longer enlightened. So what do you do then? There are only two options. The first is to remain silent, not speaking about it with anyone. The second is to try to share the experience by talking and writing about it. Neither option is ever satisfactory.
How Good Are You Willing to Have It?
Sex is essential in a fulfilling mate relationship, unless you have consciously chosen to have one that is platonic, more akin to friendship than marriage. In a true marriage, based upon lifelong commitment, sexual fulfillment and abundance in love and pleasure are inseparable from relationship happiness. And relationship happiness is the surest, quickest, and easiest route through to your personal emotional maturity and spiritual awakening.
Heart Opening Eye Gaze Meditation
Time: 2 minutes per day, every day you are together. Lovers sit facing each other. For one minute, the first partner sends a look of Love, using only the face and eyes to send the love, but not speaking any words. Later in the day or evening, the other love sends a look of love in this same way. The partner receiving the look also remains silent. Notes and Comments This can be quite emotionally uncomfortable for some people, but we assure you that it becomes easy. In fact it becomes so profoundly moving, that you will become addicted to this simple exchange of love.
Love and Sex can go together
Of course love and sex can go together, but not just any kind of sex at all; only a loving, respectful, mature, informed, knowledgeable, and skillful sexuality is a divine sexuality. In other words there is some learning required if you are to advance or graduate from simple animal friction sex to energy sex and soul sex. We suggest that sex is good for three reasons. First it will bring you pleasure and that is good. Second, sex actually has moral force when it is an expression of love between two people.
*** Shallow-Deep Thrusting Technique
A superb thrusting technique that brings great pleasure to a woman and helps a man to last is a combination of deep and shallow thrusts. By shallow thrusts we mean your penis only enters 11/2 to 2 inches inside your partner. This first couple of inches is the most sensitive part of a woman's ...
