Embracing life begins with realising your true identity as a pure Soul, distinct from the temporary roles and identities you assume in this world. ● Self-Awareness: Embracing the awareness of the Self involves being completely present in the present moment, observing thoughts, feelings, and actions without judgment or bias. By residing in the realm of the Self, you gain consciousness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This heightened awareness allows you to remain unaffected by external influences and make conscious choices that resonate with your true nature. ● Equanimity: Maintaining equanimity means maintaining a balanced and non-reactive state of mind in all situations. Akram Vignan teaches that external circumstances are temporary and constantly changing. By remaining equanimous, you can face life's challenges with a calm and focused attitude without being swept away by emotional fluctuations. ● Non-Violence: In Akram Vignan, the belief is that it is important not to hurt any living being because of the principle of non-violence and compassion.
