This is someone who only acts like they are making assignments temporary work to direct reports. Factually, this individual will never be be a very effective boss since they are not going to develop performance expectations of their people. Not developing, they tend to retard the growth of others. Now it's time to think of this without judging. Initially, by insisting you do it all yourself you'll limit others' growth. The highly prolific leaders utilize the team. When you can do this very well always have greater output. If a person is always a person gets more accomplished, that someone who gets promoted. if you are the owner and you have these skills you'll reached the moon.
