WOW – You really can feel better! That is the title of a new e-book containing three guided meditations that almost anyone can do to significantly reduce, and even eliminate, suffering. Two of the processes work better with facilitation, whether with a friend, your own recording, or by purchasing a CD. One is much shorter and easily done alone, with no tools required.

It’s called the SoloWOW process, which takes ½ an hour or so and can quickly shift you from distress to being more peaceful, clear, and inspired about whatever goals you may have. As Eckhart Tolle describes in his books, every human has a “pain-body” and an ego – two distinct parts within the human psyche that work together, blending feelings and thoughts to create our unique experience of the world. They have allowed us to do great things, and have also prevented us from living as joyously as we could.

As every great spiritual teacher and/or healer has expressed, what keeps us from feeling whole – free from disease and filled with the joy of life – are the thoughts and emotions we hold, often unconsciously. Tolle details how connecting with Presence (High Self, Divine Source, God/Goddess/Allah, Universal Love, etc.) allows the pain-body, and thus suffering, to be transmuted.

Through being Present, we also decrease the ego’s fear, which allows new thoughts and actions to replace those we no longer want. By releasing what has blocked us, we automatically return to the wholeness that is inherent within our bodies and spirits and begin living healthier, happier lives. The challenge has always been how to do this in the “real world”.

How do we connect with Presence? How do we release what we no longer want, what no longer serves us, and how do we even know what that is?
