You are a beautiful, radiant being. You might not always feel like it, but you are! Each of us is a unique creation, full of beauty, strength, creativity, and goodness. One of the many miracles of life is that we each have amazing qualities that set us apart from everyone else. But sadly, many times we lose sight of this truth. We tell ourselves that we’re not special, that we’re not beautiful, that we’re not good enough. It is especially hard when signals from all around us are introducing this type of negativity— that we don’t measure up, that we are not worthy. Over time, this message of negativity and hatred begins to take a toll. And so we begin to listen and to believe these poisonous messages. Over time, the very perception we have of ourselves changes. This is something that all of us may experience to some extent. Think of a baby, approximately one year old. The child is beginning to understand the world around him, and is starting to understand himself as well. But the idea that he isn’t “good enough” really hasn’t been introduced yet. As he grows, sadly, it will be presented. Eventually he may believe that he isn’t good enough -----but it’s not the truth! Many of us may go through a similar experience, and start to believe it. And because we forget how beautiful that we really are, we begin to settle for less. We allow people to treat us poorly; we stay in circumstances that don’t make us happy; we stop pursuing our true passions because we don’t think we deserve to be satisfied. Right now I would like to challenge you to stop settling. Understand that you really DO deserve all of the good things that life has to offer you. You ARE worthy. You deserve happiness, peace, and love. You deserve true friendship, perfect relationships, and abundance. If you can teach yourself to be open to it, you will have the opportunity to see and experience all the beauty that life has to offer. You will have the chance to experience peace and happiness. You will be able to pursue your passions and satisfy your soul. But for this to happen, you have to break free of the negative messages within and around you. I hope and pray that you will be able to see yourself with the innocence of a child—that you will rediscover your goodness and your worthiness. Because only then can you be open to all the wonderful things that life has to offer you. Many blessings to you!

The science of karma It is simply the science of cause & effect Karmas are the actions (causes) and the fruits of karma are its reactions (effects).
