No existence of the body without nutrients

Nutrients are vital for the body’s existence on this beautiful world of ours, otherwise we would not continue to live and grow. Never take your body for granted, nurture it, cosset it, for it has to last the whole of your lifespan, far better to live daily life in tip top condition, rather than always popping to the doctors, who inevitably give you chemical based pills, usually with more side effects than benefits.

Headaches and migraines do have similar traits. There are ways to distinguish between the two. Tension headache is the most common which results in pressure on both sides of the head, together with aching at the temple, back of the head, scalp and neck. Experts have suggested that this causes a change in brain chemicals mostly caused by stress. A headache, gives little to no warning and can vary in severity from mild tension to searing pain. My two daughters have also got good posture. If you are a parent, it all comes down to setting a good example.

Atopic Eczema Live through it

Atopic eczema is apparently the most common type of eczema. I disagree. Eczema is a chronic disorder, where the skin erupts due to itching, followed by scratching this leads to, the skin becoming scaly or oozing blisters. It is written tha Atopic eczema is due to a hypersensitive reaction. But surely, all types of eczema are due to an allergic reaction to something or other. In my option, it leads, to long term psychological trauma. What else can you call it? Suddenly eczema begins to spread at an alarming speed throughout the body.
