Dr. Len Lopez is a nutrition and fitness expert, and author of “To Burn or Not to Burn, Fat is the Question," "5 STEPS a Day" and creator of the Work Horse Fitness Trainer.

For four years he hosted the television show "Natural Health Made Simple" and was the alte ative medicine expert for the popular television program "Good Morning Texas." He hosted the radio program “Action Steps for Health” and writes a weekly BLOG called DrLensBlog.com. He has formulated nutritional products and sat on various advisory boards. He currently consults and coaches individuals to help them improve their physical health and well being.
