In 1984, Giuditta Tornetta experienced a painless childbirth, delivering her rndaughter at home, with the support of a midwife, meditation, and hypnosis tools. This riveting rnexperience inspired rnhe to dedicate her life to helping women obtain a painless and natural rnchildbirth.
Giuditta rnpractices clinical hypnotherapy and a method of natural childbirth that uses rnhypnotic techniques to reduce stress and fear during labor and delivery, alleviating pain and making the birth experience positive and enjoyable. She rnalso teaches infant mental, emotional, and cognitive health and development.
She focuses on infant mental health and pre-post birth bonding, where she uses rnguided meditations and visualizations to help women communicate and empower rntheir babies before birth. As a lactation consultant and postpartum doula, Ms. Tornetta helps couples settle into a natural routine once the baby comes home. Through education, compassion, practical as wells as emotional support, Doula Giuditta teaches the new parents how to decipher the newborn’s vocal and body rnlanguage.
Giuditta Tornetta’s passionate approach to life, and her accomplishments as a Doula, writer, workshop leader, entrepreneur, and performer, have made her a popular rnspeaker.
