My name is Janet Williams and I have lived in the state of Louisiana almost all of my life. I grew up in a large farming family that always put good food on the table in a very short time. With a large family, each of us had daily chores to do around the house; I chose the kitchen! I made my first pan of biscuits when I was just 8 years old.
I really enjoyed my "job" and continued to experiment with creating dishes to serve the family. I enrolled in Home Economics for each of the four years of high school. I attented the University of Louisiana at Monroe for 2-1/2 years. While at the university, I enjoyed 4 more semesters ofEconomics.
I currently have my own website at http://www.quickandeasycooking.com. This is a new venture for me and I spend about 4-6 hours daily adding new and exciting recipes to my site.
