He works with each client differently. No cookie-cutter approach. Each client is helped according to his/her unique needs, abilities and talents. He supports each to reach the goals that are important to them. He helps them with issues such as time management, stress reduction, leadership development, employee management, time management and work/life balance.
As a result, their business grows easier and faster than they lead richer and more fulfilling lives.
Working with him is super convenient. You can work face-to-face using free video hookup - or you can work by telephone. You will save precious time, eliminate the stress and hassle of commuting to your session and not use a drop of gasoline.
You will progress faster with him because, in addition to regular coaching techniques, He would use his proprietary mind programming methods. These methods are described in his book, Triggers: A New Approach to Self-Motivation, published by Prentice Hall. His publishers say it is "one of the most exciting and dramatic breakthroughs in self-help techniques -- a mind programming, psychological system for acquiring new capabilities and talents."
He is a Certified Professional Coach with 13 years coaching experience, a strong business background (owned three successful businesses) and a Masters degree in clinical social work.

Personal
Stan lives with his wife of 54 years in his Livonia home. They have one daughter living in Vegas. He enjoys watching the wildlife in his backyard; the male pheasants shimmering their bright wings in the sunlight to impress their hens (they pretend to be indifferent), squirrels trying to defeat the baffle to the bird feeder, and the deer nursing their fawns.
He enjoys fishing in the Great Lakes, the Gulf of Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada and Alaska.
