Has opportunity knocked at your door and you didn’t answer? Some of what happens to us is out of our control, but much of what happens comes out of us taking opportunities that come our way. Those things naturally bring us a feeling of depression. Usually when the thing we are dealing with is over or resolved, we start to feel our mood lift and we begin to feel better. But what if you don't begin to feel better? What if it becomes too hard to think positively or see the light at the end of the tunnel?
