"The mind is always looking
to get caught up in something.

Awareness is always free.

It is simply a matter
of where you place your attention.

In meditation,
if you let go of the need
to latch on to something
or take a position

and feel this moment
existing on its own
without trying to control
it or change it in any way,

then you do not exist as a limitation,
you do not exist as a solid
separate thing,
but rather
as the essence of this moment,
as the energy that makes this moment alive
as vast, fluid, unlimited consciousness.
Blessings,
Kip"
