The ultimate solution that will bear results in making your inner strength stronger or infinite energies is through Self-realisation. rnInner strength refers to resilience, common sense, and maintaining equanimity that individuals possess within themselves. It is the ability to remain steadfast, calm, and composed in the face of challenges, adversity, or external pressures. Inner strength is not dependent on external circumstances or validation from others, but is rooted within the true Self – the pure Soul. This becomes apparent after attaining the knowledge of ‘who am I’. Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan has said “The absolute Self (Parmatma) means that One’s own energies develop fully, all the energies manifest! That too, these energies have merely become veiled. Otherwise, One Himself is the absolute Self. The current state of affairs is like that of a billionaire who cannot find his billions which have been buried in the ground, and so he goes out begging for five rupees!” rnTherefore, all you need to do to experience these energies is to be Self-realised. In Akram Vignan, inner strength is realized through a process called Self-Realisation (Gnan Vidhi) or the direct experience of one's true self. Self-realization brings about a transformation in one's inner state, leading to an increased ability to face challenges, maintain a positive and calm outlook, and remain equanimous in difficult situations. The process of Self-realisation in Akram Vignan involves gaining a clear understanding of the true nature of the Self and the non-self (mind, body, and ego complex). Through this Self-realisation journey, individuals discover their inherent infinite energies which help them overcome worldly weakness and experience inner peace and stability. Self-realization refers to the direct experiential understanding of one's true nature of the Self. It is the realization that the true Self is distinct from the body, mind, and ego. This Self-realisation is often associated with a profound shift in one’s understanding, where one recognizes their inherent nature, which is very different from the mind, body, and ego. To understand this better, the metaphor of bright light is used to describe this experience as it signifies clarity, illumination, and a sense of awareness. Just as a bright light dispels darkness and brings visibility, Self-realisation is seen as a transformative process that brings clarity, understanding, and freedom from ignorance and external forces that seek to weaken us. rnThe metaphorical "bright light" proposes that Self-realisation brings about a profound shift in perception, allowing individuals to see the world and themselves in a new, enlightened way. It represents the awakening of one's true nature, leading to a deeper understanding of the reality of one’s true Self and one's place within it. To summarise, Self-realisation is essential to unlocking infinite energies that remain hidden within us. It is only through the attainment of Self-realisation that we can truly experience this strength. Self-realization empowers us to remain strong in the face of external forces that may attempt to weaken us. It is a transformative realization that unlocks our true potential and enables us to navigate life's challenges with unwavering strength and conviction.
