Past Lives - we have all had them - some more than others, yet the fact remains we all have some experience of lives before this one. All of us have at least some Karmic Debt that is still playing out in our lives today, sometimes it is also useful to understand what that debt is and why you seem to be repeating patterns. So before we start there are a few things I feel I must say to you.rnFirstly do not be disappointed if you find the life you lead previously is not someone famous. An important point I must raise here is that I know 3 psychics who believe they were Chief Sitting Bull and two people who believe they were Marie Antoinette. When people have done this meditation I have yet had anyone believe they were anyone famous. In fact, sometimes the more mundane the better. Secondly, to not expect anything overpowering. What you have to realise is that you are in effect remembering past experiences, so it will seem mundane and ordinary very much like your current memories of your life. Thirdly, if it works as it is supposed to do, you will return a calmer, more reflective person, who realises that nothing needs to be achieved today and that life is a continuing process. So, to the Meditation... If you are new to meditation, firstly you need to get your surroundings correct. So find a quiet space, adjust the lighting to suit you, put on music if you find that relaxing. Remember this is for you, so do whatever suits you to help you feel relaxed. Now sit easily and relax - I am not one of those that advocates a specific posture so just sit so that you are comfortable. Now close your eyes and still your breathing, still your thoughts. Now what you need to do is focus on your head. Imagine it getting bigger than your torso, then your hands, then your legs and finally your feet. Now do the oposite imagine everything getting smaller. Follow this process a few more times repeating the larger, smaller process. For those that want to know all you are doing here is loosening your Astral body from your Physical Body. All you do now, is focus upon your feet and you will notice thay have changed. Look at your legs and the same process has happened. You are now free to look around you and more closely at who you are, what you are and why you are. What is also interesting about this process is because you have lived this life and then moved on to the spirit world, you will remember your failings, strengths, lessons learned and tests failed. But you will be able to do it with a clear analytical mind. Something you find impossible in your current incarnation as everything is just Too close!! The other important fact to note is that from this life you will be carrying Karmic debt so you will be able to observe the lessons of this lifetime more dispassionately. And finally, there is no special process for ending the meditation - just open your eyes. So go ahead, give it a try and have fun learning.
