Caroline Nettle is passionate about healing, recovery, and assisting others to grow. Her website Spiritual Growth Tools was founded in 2010 and is the culmination of many years of seeking healing for herself, and studying the human condition. She writes articles, is a healer and gives talks about subjects relating to spiritual growth and personal development. Spiritual Growth Tools is an online resource for products and information to assist you on your own journey of spiritual growth.
Caroline is an avid reader and researcher, and a self-confessed self - help junkie. Her path took her into recovery from addictions. She spent 6 months in 12 Step Recovery in-house treatment centres and has since spent 6 months working at the Bridge to Recovery in Kentucky as a co-dependency counsellor. She is now training to be a spiritual counsellor, and she will specialise in addictions and co-dependency. She currently runs one 12 Step program group, that she set up 6 months ago and is planning to start another one soon. She gives talks on addictions and co-dependency.
She has studied many philosophies as part of her spiritual development and now studies A Course in Miracles.
She is the author of the ebook ‘How to Heal Chakra Imbalances’ which is currently available free when you sign up for the Spiritual Growth Tools newsletter on the website.
