“Every Dream Starts with a Plan.”
I am the fearless founder of Branching Out Life Coaching. I coach women who are ready to re-define, re-invent and re-lease the optimistic and dynamic person that the world has been waiting to embrace.
You know you’re in there. By giving yourself permission to welcome the “genuine you” back, you will discover more enthusiasm to accomplish your goals and reach your dreams.
Remember when you felt that nothing could stop you and that you were entitled to have dreams realized?
Have you let them fall by the wayside because of mounting obligations? Do you keep thinking that “one day” you will give your dreams the time and attention they need o grow?
So, how about starting today? Yes, today. The rest of your life is knocking. When you say “yes, I deserve my best life,” you are one step closer to realizing your dreams.
To learn more about coaching and how it can impact your life, I offer thirty minute complimentary coaching consultations. And location does not have to get in the way. Most coaching sessions are conducted on the phone. Getting closer to your goals just got easier!

What Can Branching Out Life Coaching bring to your life?
When you decide that it is time to make an investment in you, I will support, motivate and hold you accountable because I believe that you have the right to live the life you truly want. I was in your shoes until one day I decided that life was too short to be only living half a life. I will coach you to do the same by:
Helping you gain clarity on what your goals are and not what you think others expect from you.
Showing you how to tap into your intuition and creativity (yes, we are all creative and intuitive) so that you can uncover innovative solutions to old problems.
Reprogramming the self defeating messages you send yourself to positive “I can do it” affirmations. Nothing kills a dream faster then by saying to yourself, “I can’t, I am afraid, I don’t know how to do it.”
Setting up a schedule that will allow you to move towards your goals while living your life. A lot of small and measured steps and tools will make reaching your goals a reality.
Supplying dark chocolate when needed.
Who Should Consider Branching Out Life Coaching?
Life coaching can impact all areas of your life. My coaching philosophy is that if you really want to make changes in your life, then I will be here with you every step of the way. So whether you are looking to experience forward movement in your personal or professional life, you will not be taking the jou ey by yourself. I have been there and done that and I know almost everything is possible in life if we take the time to believe in our dreams and ourselves.

I am writing this with such gratitude to my Life Coach, Elizabeth Cassidy. I’ve had a few coaching sessions with her regarding my new business EXPANSION and found that she has been able to guide me into doing things I never thought I’d do! She has a way of making something that seemed tedious to me in the past, become simple and do-able. Setting three month goals for a six month period would have never been attractive to me in the past, but with Elizabeth, I was excited to get it all down and follow the plan. Every piece of advice she has offered is like a little golden nugget. I am still in awe of all of the options and suggestions that she has tucked under her hat!

Because we are one fabulous package. So Step One found you moving on up to the place where we all belong – the top of our list! And Step Two found you scribbling little love notes to yourself. Your New Life Work Balance Sheet: It’s all about figuring out what really matters. Step Four.
Step One found you having a love affair with yourself. Step Two was all about writing your own bestseller – affirmations that keep you going even on the days when everything, including the car (or cat or toddler), overheats. Step Three got you off the sofa and exercising your right to be fit and trim. Step Four is all about taking a deep breath….one, two, three and exhaling. And it’s all legal! I know that women can help themselves in ways that doesn’t involve calling their local pharmacy.

Step One found you having a love affair with yourself. Step Two was about writing affirmations to help you stay positive. Step Three got you off the sofa and exercising your right to be fit and trim. Step Four was all about taking the time to meditate and getting centered in your universe. Wonder what Step 5 can be about? I would like you to throw your own party. The theme? What’s a party nowadays without a theme? Let’s try Celebrate Me party! Throw it for 100 or just light a few candles and treat yourself to a lovely repast. Maybe dessert by candlelight. I can make that one.

"When You Lie About Your Age, The Terrorists Win." The Interview with comic Carol Lefier
One of the comics that I admired for her sharp observational humor is Carol Leifer. Well, Carol just published a very funny book called, "When You Lie About Your Age, The Terrorists Win." She writes about embracing her life and her age and her writing is insightful and hilarious. I just had the good fortune to interview Carol about her life and her new book. ec. We both grew up on Long Island but we never had any play dates together. Another thing we have in common were fathers who were both naturally very funny.

Intuitive Coach Tara Roth Gets Real Clear: - Intuitively Speaking - The Interview
ec: Before we delve into the subject of Intuition and how it has impacted your life, in all areas of your life, can you give us your definition of Intuition? I think there are still some who feel that getting in touch with your inner voice only happens in a smoked filled backroom with a woman named Mistress Sylvia and a crystal ball. TR: Well that has been known to work but there is a better way. My definition of intuition is that still inner voice within that we all have but have learned to discount. Einstein called intuition the highest form of knowing.
