Man, one of the most freeing things that happened to me in 2016, was just releasing the need to look good, to get it right, to be perfect all the time. It held me back sooooo much and I imagine it is doing the same thing to you.

Yep, I know it sounds harsh… I want your attention, leader! You have a calling… A message… A purpose… A mission… And instead of doing it with gusto, you give into fear… And you go chase money in work you dislike…
People will try to take advantage of you… Don’t let them. You are pretty dang strong so people, who are not your people, will want to lean on you… Don’t let them… People will tell you their sad story hoping to get you to pity them enough to serve them for free…
Yesterday, I had friends round and it was lovely to hang out… Not many are let into my inner crazy but these are because they get it more than most… They get the push, the need to be all we are created to be… Now that does not mean we agree on everything but it means I can just be… I can say what I say, we can discuss it…
You are fed up with limiting yourself because of money… So make more! You are fed up with having to say no to your kids because you cannot afford it… So make more! You are fed up with having to work a job or be in a business that is not your soul purpose…

I love my princesses. That kinda goes without saying but this morning as I write this, I have been watching them on YouTube expressing themselves. And it is awesome to watch because they are fearless! They have not yet learnt to judge everything before they let it out into the world.

Once upon a time, I was a young one (about 8 or so) desperately writing out bits of poetry for my parents who did think it was sweet but kinda told me in no uncertain terms that it was unlikely to make me money as I did live in a third world country. I listened and relegated writing to being a hobby. And then I progressed to being a ‘Mills & Boon’ reading tween chu ing out romantic dramas for my fellow boarding school students (nowhere near as fancy as that might sound!) to act out for our various events.

I know. I have lived with poverty and though nowhere near as bad as it could have been, it still infected all of my thinking. Everything came with a struggle… I had to do things I did not want to do in order to live…
There are two kinds of pushing… Two kinds of action taking… And you need to know which one you are doing… Is your pushing making you feel exhilarated as you realise just how powerful you are? Is your pushing, your hustling the result of a desire for an awesome life for you and your family?
Most people, and I call them ‘norms’, think obsession is a bad thing but then you look at their life and their huge desire to spend as much downtime as possible in front of the TV, or drinking and getting drunk with friends, or at church all day everyday… Trying to drown out the lack of purpose, the sense that life is passing them by with nothing to show for it and I would say that they are obsessed, all right!! The problem is that their obsession is with trying very hard to drown out the emptiness. And the thing is that they succeed in doing that!
You keep lurking to see what the latest, greatest marketing technique is… You don’t think that who you are and what you have, is enough… You hide behind pretty websites, whizz bang program names, complicated membership sites, fancy sales funnels and all of that stuff but it separates you from your people…
Yes, honey, it is true… Everyone around you, well, if they are norms anyway, wants you to just fit into their little narrow box… They want you to conform, to play nice, to be nice, to be whatever they want you to be, to keep them comfortable… You may think it is because your loved ones love you but it is not…
I used to think sex was bad… Something tacked onto every human being by some mysterious mistake and now we had to put up with it as a distraction from perfect holiness or something… Thankfully, I was mistaken.
